Why do products take 7 to 20 days to arrive?
We work with products priced well below market value, and to do this we need to work with international suppliers (USA, Europe and Asia). Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they ship directly to your home.
Do all purchases include a tracking code?
Yes. We only work with reliable suppliers who provide tracking codes for your safety and convenience.
When will I receive my tracking code?
We will send the tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days. This is because our suppliers (the factories that manufacture the products) require this timeframe. If you haven't received the tracking code even after this period, please send us an email to: toshoppingofficial@gmail.com Including your order number (#4321), we will give you an update within 24 hours.
My tracking code isn't showing any information?
Yes, there are no updates during transit between the country of origin and the country of destination, as the package is not moving. It will notify you once it arrives in Portugal. After that, it will notify you with each movement, just as we are used to with domestic orders. Rest assured, your order is on its way.
