All products will be shipped via Correios (Brazilian postal service), according to the option chosen by the customer. The shipping options are: CTT Express, Courier.
Our customers receive their orders on average within 7 to 14 business days, as we use a faster and more secure shipping method.
Our maximum delivery time is 20 business days. If it doesn't arrive within that time and you no longer wish to wait, you can request a refund and we will return your money without any problem.
NORMAL:
Shipping may be free for purchases above a minimum purchase amount, which you can check in the shopping cart offer after entering your zip code. If your order does not reach the minimum amount for free shipping, the delivery cost will be calculated according to the zip code of your delivery address (taxes and services are not included in this amount).
EXPRESS:
Receive your products faster! This shipping option is available for some areas of Portugal, so please check the postal code of your desired delivery address on the "Shopping Cart" page.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Toshopping.shop delivers purchased products in their original packaging and maintains the quality standard of the order as manufactured. Toshopping.shop delivery personnel are not authorized to personalize or modify packaging or products. In apartment buildings, delivery will be made to the reception area, and the buyer is entirely responsible for the safekeeping and transport of the products to their apartment floor and unit.
